How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different. Everyone has different needs, goals and desires and so the number of sessions that you will need really does vary considerably from person to person.
However, I can reassure you that clients generally begin to feel better right from session one. I will do my best to help you to leave your old habits, issues and problems behind as quickly as possible whilst I ensure that you receive the best level of service possible.
Will I be out of control?
Absolutely not. You are always in control at all times.
Will you make me do things that I don't want to do?
Again, absolutely not. As your therapist, my job is to keep you safe and allow you to discover the best parts of yourself. There is no need for me to ever make you do anything.
Is hypnotherapy safe?
Yes. Hypnotherapy in a way, is in fact another form of guided meditation but if you have any of the following conditions, then hypnotherapy may not be suitable for you.
Alcohol or drug psychosis.
Senility.
Epilepsy and narcolepsy
Bi-polar
Personality Disorder
Serious heart conditions
Psychosis
